Board Member Biographies

Tommy Baker, Board Chairman

Tommy Baker
is a local attorney who provides integrated general counsel services to small and middle market companies and to larger companies with in-house counsel departments.  His company, BakerGC, offers integrated services allowing the client to invest intellectual capital in its counsel and to obtain immediate access to that capital, thereby giving the client a significant competitive advantage.

Mr. Baker is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma and received his Juris Doctor from the Ave Maria School
of Law in 2005.  He is member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, American Bar Association, Certified Public Accountant (Inactive), Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Christmas Connection, Inc. (Board Member).

Clayton G. Moss, Board Vice-Chairman

Clay Moss returned to Oklahoma City in 2004 from Austin, TX where he received an MBA as a part of the inaugural class of the Acton School of Business whose innovative business program is taught by highly successful and wealthy entrepreneurs.

Prior to graduate school, Moss spent three years working for Beckett Publications in Dallas, TX.  He was the youngest person ever to advance to his position in Corporate Sales. In addition to reorganizing distribution, Moss achieved significant increases in sales to clients
such as Target, Walmart and Barnes & Noble.

Moss graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2000 with a BA in Political Science.  He was a three-time Dean’s List Honoree.


Sid Gupta, Board Member

Sid Gupta is a founding partner of Mission Peak Capital, a private investment fund focused on deep fundamental value investing.  Prior to founding Mission Peak, Mr. Gupta worked with Catterton Partners, a $2.0 bn consumer focused private equity fund.  Prior to Catterton, Mr. Gupta worked with Citigroup’s Consumer Investment Banking Division focused on M&A in the consumer and retail space.  Mr. Gupta graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Chicago.

Krizzo M. Meadows, Community Liaison

Krizzo M. Meadows, a native of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma is the Senior Pastor of Christ Temple Community Church, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

A multifaceted business man whose portfolio projects over sixteen years of professional management with Great Christ Temple Community Church Foundation, All-American Health Care Center and Boyd and Meadows Services. Krizzo had developed and distributed a million dollar budget; initiated and developed a marketing plan that increased the Census by thirty percent and has worked with churches, community and civic organizations in the area of professional development.

Meadows has a Master of Science of Accounting, Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science from Oklahoma City University, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Oklahoma State Board of Nursing Homes (Licensed Home Administrator), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; National Association of School XI, Norman, Oklahoma (Certification) and a graduate of Capitol Hill High School. He was licensed and ordained by the Pentecostal Assemblies Of The World, Inc., after completing education from the Aenon Bible College, Indianapolis, Indiana.

Krizzo serves on the Advanced Science and Technology Education Center, Inc (ASTEC) as Board of Directors Community Liaison and has previously served as Chairman of the Board; Member of the Board ASTEC Charter School.  Summer Midnight Basketball Program ? Inner City Youth (Chairman and President); member of the Oklahoma State Council, National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and Concern Clergy For Spiritual Renewal.  A former candidate for State of Oklahoma House of Representative, District 97, Krizzo is a champion for education and solid community leadership, as well as, a powerful speaker, dynamic facilitator and result oriented; past Board member of The Lennie Marie Tolliver Alternative Center and Adult Day Care.

He has received the Key to the City of Enid, Enid, Oklahoma; recognition as a Junior Achievement participant; received the Eastside Branch YMCA Century Club Award and a number of citations, recognitions and awards both locally and nationally.  Enjoys Prison Ministry, Hospital Ministry, Pastoral Care, reading, traveling, jogging, midnight basketball mentorship, interacting with youths and challenging society to set and meet goals.

Meadows is married to Pamela Dew; they are the parents of Brandon, Kristyn and Austin and he is the son of Bishop and Mrs. Charles Meadows.  One of his greatest missions in life is to be a good shepherd and servant for the Lord.


Elizabeth (Liz) Parker, Board Member

Elizabeth is a member of the Antioch Christian Church, sound booth liaison. She is a board member for ASTEC Charter School, President of Mahogany Branches, INC., and President of Beta Sigma Phi City Council Sorority. She is a member of the Red Hat Society and a Stroud High School Alumni Association Board Member.

In the past, Elizabeth has been a board member of Variety Health Center, a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma City Class 16, and the President of Oklahoma Commission on Education Administration, Vice President, and Publicity Chair. She is a sustaining member of OKC Junior League and is on the Advisory Planning Committee. She has been the Oklahoma State PTA President, Vice President, Secretary, and Membership Chair. Along with Legislative Chairman, Member At Large, Putnam City PTA Council, and Lawton PTA Council.

She has been a part of the National PTA Board, Health and Welfare Commissioner, Vice President of President?s Council and Awards Chairman. She has also been involved in HIV/AIDS Committee, Membership Committee, Resolutions Committee, Region 6 Conference and Train the Trainer Workshop.

She was the Administrative Assistant to Governor Frank Keating, a Redlands Girl Scouts Board Member, Nomination Committee Chair, and Children?s? Hospital Auxiliary Board.

She is currently employed at Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse. She is the proud parent of two children and proud grandparent of two grandchildren.


Pama Palmer, Board Member

Pama Palmer was born in McAlester, Oklahoma (The heart of Little Dixie) and graduated from Savanna High School.  She has a B.A.  from Texas Christian University and was a member of Sigma Kappa sorority. She taught history and psychology at Northwest Classen, Yukon and Norman Public Schools and was an adjunct professor at Oklahoma City Community College, teaching economics.

Pama was also an agent for Prudential Realty in Tulsa, Oklahoma and employed by the Conroe Independent School District in The Woodlands, Texas.

As an active member of her community she served on the Quarterback Club's Executive Board for several years as Vice President, Publicity Chairman, and Scholarship Chairman for the Woodlands High School football booster club representing over 1100 football players and their parents each year.  She presently serves as a United Way volunteer  in Oklahoma City. She is also an executive board member of the For Youth Initiative (FYI). 

Pama and her husband, Mike, return to Oklahoma City after seven years in Tulsa and eleven years in Texas.  They have two sons in college and presently attend Life Church.
